Service members E1 and above with a family housing requirement, military retirees, single soldiers E6 and above, and qualifying non-military individuals can apply for on-post housing. The application process involves submitting necessary documentation and undergoing a background check. Wait times for leasing a home vary based on rank, bedroom requirements, and waitlist demand, typically ranging from two weeks to 12 months.

Exceptional Family Member Housing

Service members enrolled in the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) can request housing support tailored to their requirements. Submitting the EFMP Department Clinical Medical Services memo alongside the housing requirement form initiates the evaluation process. If on-post housing support isn’t feasible, alternative housing options within the local community are explored, ensuring every service member’s needs are met.
